Now, you can selectively enable critical alerts for the reminders you can’t afford to miss.

Selective critical alerts is now available in Due 23.3: dueapp.com/download

@dips hi! this is in the list of things I want to work on

@Kdude hi this is in the list of things I want to work on

Due 23.1 for macOS is now available. This update brings two changes.

First, the 12 Quick Access Times buttons are now mapped to the following keys:

1, 2, 3, 4
Q, W, E, R
A, S, D, F

and they adapt to your keyboard layout accordingly.

Second, there is an under-the-hood change which prepares Due Mac to handle an upcoming database change that enables selective critical alerts on iOS devices.

@jmovs you can refresh for a receipt or restore purchase now. It’ll work

@jmovs doesn’t work on TestFlight. That is a problem apple needs to fix

Due 23.2 for iOS is now available on the App Store. This should fix the unintended loss of access to features and prevent similar incidents in future: dueapp.com/download/

I’m still working on an update for Mac.

Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused all of you. 🙇🏻‍♂️

Apple's system status is reporting an outage for receipt validation. Still investigating. developer.apple.com/system-sta

There appears to be some bug that is causing receipt validation to fail starting today.

This is causing features previously unlocked to become locked. This is not intended behaviour.

While I investigate the underlying reason, I believe you can restore access if you do either:

1. Force quit then relaunch Due, choosing to refresh for a receipt, or
2. Head to Due > Settings > Upgrade Pass > Subscribe > Restore Purchases.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

@Zemackdaddy thanks for letting me know, and sorry about the inconvenience. so you saw the receipt missing screen on launch, then you refreshed for a receipt and it worked?

@odin thanks for letting me know, and sorry about the inconvenience

@Kdude ah. In that case you’d have to file a feature request with Apple since this is a iOS/watchOS behavior.

@Kdude ah that too. and you have your phone on silent? do you have a long auto lock time too?

I wasn’t expecting most of you to have your phone on silent most of the time. I’ve been working on selective critical alerts, and I think you’re going to find it really useful for the times when you can’t afford to miss a reminder!

Due boosted

@due iPhone is always muted via the physical switch and I rely on my Apple Watch making a sound if Due or any iMessage or notification comes in. I'll put my watch on silent or theatre mode if I'm in a meeting and need complete silence
