Paku 4.2.0 is out, with a brand new menu bar item on macOS! You can enable it in Paku’s settings - and let me know if you run into any issues!
@paku Ever since this update I’ve been getting wildly different numbers on the home screen widget vs nearby sensors on the app. Is this user error or a bug?
@adamfishercox hi Adam - the first thing I would check is that your averaging period on the map (the button right above the location button) matches what you have in the settings for “widget averaging period.”
If that’s not it, check that you have precise location enabled in your location permissions for Paku.
If it's neither of those, let me know and we can keep investigating!
@paku Yep, both those seem to be true. It seems to be pretty location-specific, I only experience this near my home, not at other locations that are far enough away.
@adamfishercox any chance you could send me screenshots and/or a rough location? Feel free to email support@paku.app if you'd rather not on here
@paku Sure, will email when I’m back home
@adamfishercox figured out this issue - it's a dumb bug that I introduced a few weeks back that will use indoor sensors in the widget. Will be fixed ASAP in 4.5.2
@paku Amazing! Appreciate the follow-up especially since I forgot to email 😬
@paku cc/ @jsnell I'm two years late, but hopefully you'll try out Paku for your air quality menu bar needs!
